Also, do you lads and lasses have any additional advice for someone looking to break into the pellet grill scene? I've for the most part used charcoal until recently when I acquired an electric char broil for free which made my life a lot easier for use in my apartment complex. Never really used propane, but I am (possibly very wrongly) assuming that propane is the closest analog to pellet grilling from a temperature control perspective, and probably has some attributes similar to charcoal / smoking from a flavor perspective. Excited for pellet grilling because it is now also permitted for use at my apartment. What can I expect, what should I be aware of? Seems like there isn't much information about it aside from reviews on YouTube.
