Question regarding storing pellets in hopper. New pellet grill owner here.
Post Body

I just assembled my first pellet grill, Z grill. And I dumped the whole 20lb bag of pellets into the hopper. I live in Illinois and the grill is in my garage. Should I remove all the pellets I can and store in a bucket? I probably won't be smoking/grilling anything for at least 5 days.

Also if it's not okay to store pellets in grill, do I have to have auger run dry each time I cook if not cooking again soon?
