Question: I just bought this normally priced $70 bucks DOD Stereo Flanger FX75-B pedal for only $35 plus tax which equaled $37.93.

My question is, did I get a good deal on this pedal? It's only requirement is an 8-volt battery which is I just plugged in. Now my second question is, the red light ever go away even when the effect is not engaged.
