Power supply question

Is 18v enough to power three normal pedals if I use a daisy chain? Like, would that work or do I need another power supply? I have two iso brick minis chained together. That gives me power to 8 pedals. Plus one output that can be switched from either 9v or 18v. I have 11 pedals that need power. 8 are plugged in. I want to power the last 3 with the last input that can be switched to 18v. Is 18v even needed? Can't I just daisy chain it on 9v?
