[Question] what are the allergen levels/numbers called for how allergic you are?

I read somewhere that they were called IgE levels but I’m not sure. All I know/remember is my test results are in the 550s and I have to be under 3 to be orally challenged. Thanks in advance
EDIT: it’s the numbers you get when they draw your blood and test it
