My hen hatched my first peafowl chick!

I'm so excited my peahen just hatched her first chick with one more egg in wait, I haven't been this excited for spring in years. I have had pairs for 5 years and lost several birds to predators, I'm just so excited to watch it grow. Any advice? My hen really loves fresh produce and pb&j sans so making that available with regular feed.
We had some serious sub zero nights while she was sitting, was very skeptical even with heat lamps and a small heater she would hatch any.
