What to do in the meantime BESIDES PC application?
Post Body

I'm hoping someone else has gone through this process of "well, what the hell else do I do while I wait?" and can provide some insight. I'll be applying next year with the intention of, if I am chosen, leaving after graduation. My plans post-PC at the moment are either to apply to a Master's in education or apply to a teacher residency program (still have to narrow that down). Should I apply to these alongside my PC application and notify them of my plans if I am chosen? I don't want to end up in the position of not having anything to do in the event I am not chosen, but I also don't want to send out so many applications and waste both my and their time in case I am not chosen. For those of you who have faced a similar situation, what did you do? And, if you did apply to other programs, did you notify them in the application process that you were also applying to the PC?
