Hey all -
First off, long time lurker, first time poster - love this little community!
I'm doing a meetup out of state soon, and I want to bring some local-ish flavors to share. I did some research on here and saw many mixed reviews on PNW distilleries - I'll share some thoughts below, but I'd love others' opinions - what are our best distilleries up here? What represents our region best?
Distilleries I know of, and will represent:
* Westward - love them, and I've spread the word far and wide - for the purposes of this post, please ignore/assume I'm already bringing
* McCarthy's - yet to try, but I've read/heard great things and will be bringing some
* Woodinville - have tried multiple bottles and I find it alright - will probably bring some
* Trail's End 10yr - came up multiple times in research, and planning to grab a bottle and bring!
So - what am I missing? What are the best distilleries in our PNW neck of the woods that I should bring with?
Thanks in advance!
EDIT - I realize some of these, and a lot of what the PNW is know for, are ASMs - and that's perfectly fine, too.
Not s bourbon but Westward cask strength is currently one of my favorite whiskeys

Will have to try and find it. Have had their cask strength and stout finish 100 proof and both were amazing. Their stuff and Barrell have been what im into lately
