Antigunners have a tightly coordinated campaign, and if there's any chance of shutting down this legislation, it's to be in Salem on Wednesday morning to have universal testimony to shut this thing down.

Testimony is reserved to 2-3 minutes and there will be a sign up sheet, meaning if you want any chance to testify you need to be there at 7am.

Bring at least 2 printed copies of your testimony, one to read and one to give to the clerk. Address your testimony to "Chair Prozanski and members of the committee."

Don't bother talking about how this is "unconstitutional" because they won't care. Talk about how this will do nothing to solve crime problems in Oregon, how criminals buy weapons through straw buyers, and that anyone can conduct a background check right now during a private sale. Please do not do any of this "unconstitutional" stuff because it makes us look ignorant: be concise, stick to the legislation at hand, and be respectful.
