Can soldered on RAM be upgraded?

So I want to expand my pc RAM and SSD. My laptop is a HP Elitebook x360 1040 G5 and saw it has soldered on RAM. Was curious if I took it to like MicroCenter would it be upgradable or just upgrade the SSD. Currently has 16 gb ram, 512 gb and want to upgrade to 32 and 1/2 TB.
