Windows 11 Audio stutters and skips.

I have updated to the Windows 11 dev beta, about a month ago my audio starting skipping and stuttering. I have updated with each update, disable and enable all of the drivers, as well as tried manually downloading and installing new drivers.
My system
HP Omen 17.3” i7-10750H Gaming Laptop (RTX 2070/16GB)
has anyone else had this issue and solved it?
