Case LCD Screen Mod

Hi all,
I'm looking at doing the LCD screen mod on my Lian Li O11D Mini and had a quick question. The screen will be connected via HDMI to my graphics card. I currently have a triple screen setup (3x 27" 1440p) and this would be my 4th screen. I was wondering if it's possible to somehow disable the mouse cursor from moving to that monitor so as not to interrupt my workflow. Would something like DisplayFusion be able to do that?
