Hello! I'm helping a friend out and I just walked him through assembling his PC (remotely because he's got COVID) and the LED and fans and everything are spinning but the TV is saying no HDMI signal detected. The fans on the graphics card are spinning. It's plugged into the graphics card and not the MOBO.
We tried reseating the RAM but it didn't seem to help.
The graphics card is a Ventus 3060, the TV is a TCL 55" Class 4-Series 4K UHD HDR Smart Roku TV.
Ryzen 5 5600
Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) ATX AM4 Motherboard
EDIT IN CASE SOMEONE IS LOOKING LATER ON: MOTHERBOARD WAS NOT CONNECTED TO POWER, FIXED PROBLEM
