What should I uprgade too reasonably

I’m currently running a gtx 1060 3gb with a Ryzen 5 2600x and when I play games I usually have ti run lower settings which is fine but I’d like to play at higher as well as when I stream it just doesn’t really cut it. I want to move up but I don’t know what would be a good bang for my buck without going all out and I’m trying to stick to nvidia so any suggestions would be great thanks
