Best way to compile games across several platforms?

Post Body
With things like Steam, GOG, Origin, EA, indie games off Itch and Humble, and some others I often forget what I own or have installed. Spending an hour digging through every folder to find out isn't really ideal.
Does anyone have any suggestions on a good way to sort of, curate or compile everything so it can be browsed easier?
