I've been using TorGuard for 6 years and I recently upgraded my internet connection, but I've found out that my 900 mbps download speed is being driven down to 400 mbps when connected through TorGuard.

I contacted their support and they told me: "Every server we provide is 10Gbps but you are on these with other users, so at times it may be a lot faster at times it may be s little slow, 400Mbps is not slow" which was a shock considering their FAQ proudly declares "Bandwidth and speeds are not limited in any way, WE DO NOT THROTTLE" and because their definition of "fast" is half the bandwidth I'm paying my ISP for. I don't want to find out what "slow" is.

So now I'm looking for a replacement, can anyone recommend a VPN that offers an unlimited or higher limit on the bandwidth per user/group? Would be great if they also have a mobile/android VPN app as well.
