Gpu 50 C idle temp at 0% usage

I’m currently in the process of upgrading my pc so today I upgraded the cpu (r5 2600 to r5 5600x) and the ram (some slow Corsair value select to T force 16gb) and now I’m getting gpu temp of around 50 degrees at idle on the desktop. Before I got around 30 C - 40 C. I haven’t touched the gpu as I’m getting a 6600xt later on this week. I’ve checked the clock speed and it sits at 300 mhz so nothing out of the norm.

Build: CPU- r5 5600x GPU- rx 580 (Some asus dual fan 4gb card) RAM- Tforce Vulcan Z 2x8GB 360mhz MOBO- Asrock B450 Gaming-ITX/ac Case- NZXT H1
