I need some help, “new” games like assassins creed Odyssey and borderlands 3 are sitting at about 80-100% cpu usage.

My pc is an old build but not outdated, I run 16gb of ddr4, a 1070ti and an I5 8600k it’s above specs for these games and will happily run other games no problem.

My storage however is a bit putz, I have a boot drive with only 6gb left in it (tried cleaning it there’s no games) then I’ve got another 4tb of game drives that have about 200gb each on them.

I tried to fix the problem with AC:O and found that it could be some anti-cheat thing but I’m not sure, any helps appreciated because even at low settings some games still have frame breaks.
