Please Help! FPS Dropping to Single Digits

Please help, this issue started about 2 weeks ago. A few games I have have recently become unplayable due to FPS dropping to below the 10 during game play.

PGA2k21 dips to under 10 (down from 200 ) when I join a match, but AOE2 is under 10 FPS as soon as the game launches.

Not having this issue with every game, Cyberpunk is at 60 during gameplay (150 during loading).

All drivers up to date and I’ve optimized the settings on my Nvidia control panel. Even adjusting graphics settings down to the lowest lees in the games doesn’t seem to help.

Never had these issues before until about 2 weeks ago, but I hadn’t made any changes during that period that would have caused this.

GeForce RTX 2060 super Driver 497.09 i7-9700f @ 3 ghz 16 GB ram 1920x1080 144hz
