Single Digit FPS on Certain Games

Please help, this issue started about 2 weeks ago. A few games I have have recently become unplayable due to massive drops in FPS. PGA2k21 dips to under 10 (down from 200 ) when I join a match, but AOE2 is under 10 FPS as soon as the game launches. Not having this issue with every game, Cyberpunk is at 60 during gameplay (150 during loading). All drivers up to date and I’ve optimized the setting on my Nvidia control panel. Please help!!
