6700xt only getting 10 fps

i donwloaded the latest drivers and ddu'd my old 1070 drivers and no matter how many times i reinstall the amd drivers it only gets 10fps and runs poorly everwhere else
edit:
it turned out the mining software i use was running without me knowing :|
