I bought a prebuilt (I know, I know. Was good for my wallet being a student.) about a month ago and I have noticed that I get these random stutters, usually once an hour or every few hours. They last about a few seconds and everything goes back to normal. Mind you, this doesnt just happen while gaming, it also happens when I am watching netflix or just browsing anything. I notice that if I am in discord and this particular stutter happens, my chat goes silent and no one can hear me/ I cant hear them until I leave to another channel and come back.

My specs are:

i7-11700F

rtx 3070

16gb HyperX ram @ 3200mhz

500watt psu (yes I know this is awful, but I dont think i can put a new one in this pre built tower) I will eventually ditch the case and buy a new mobo and psu in the future.

Any recommendations on trouble shooting to see why this is happening? The stutter sometimes last up to 2-3 seconds which of course is game breaking if I am in a raid or comp match. Thank you!
