Problem with brand new Lenovo i5 Legion tower.

So I just picked up a Lenovo Legion i5 tower from Best Buy last weekend. Everything went fine with it until about Wednesday where I would boot up my pc and just searching something on google and it freezes. I’m unable to use the keyboard or mouse and have no sound. (It’s happened when running a game as well.) the weird part is that it only happens 3-5mins after start up. I also received a random blue screen today but was unable to catch the code. Can anyone offer advice? Thanks!
