Please someone help me figure this out

Okay so I just bought an hp omen 15 today and am trying to play rlcraft (minecraft mod) but it will not run it. It will start by running a Java program with minecraft launcher in the background, then it will freeze around 70% and the Java tm se binary stops responding until I end the task of the minecraft launcher in the background, which it will fully load into the title screen then close. I have no idea what’s happening
