From a post on here, I emailed [email protected] on 12/29/2020 asking about a replacement. They almost immediately emailed me back saying they are being provided as they become available. Unknown when that could be. I also had to register on the EVGA site and make sure my address was correct.
Black was also the only color being provided. No white/grey color options are being made.
Today, 1/23/2021, I received the trim in a pretty big box stuffed with bubble wrap. I don't have time to install it today, but it does look pretty good.
Figures the red trim doesn't bother me as much as it used to.
