Time: Last night

Here's the story.

I encountered this problem like 3-4 times already but I'm still unsure why.

When I press the power button, these are the only thing happens:

1. Two small lights that turns on or flicker every 4-5 secs. The labels were 'RAM' and 'CPU'. So the light turns on then off (CPU) followed by the (RAM) then (CPU) again. That's the pattern of the lights turning on and off or flicker every 4-5 secs.
2. Same with the lights, two small fans turns on and off, too. The fan for the entire CPU and the fan of video card (gtx1050 ti) but the fan of the processing unit (intel core 5) do not.
3. In this brief time about 1 second, the lights and fans mentioned turns on and off every 4-5 secs. Nothing happens then. No visuals from the monitor.

I kind of feel like that something is out of power or energy to run the whole thing. Please help me. I have little knowledge in this kind of stuff. Be kind to me. Thank you.

Time: Today

Last night (mentioned above this paragraph), I encountered the problem. I kind of 'solved' it but it turns out to be another problem. When I pressed the power button, the monitor shows a black screen. Then, I press the restart button then the monitor shows the Startup Repair (Recommended) and start windows normally. So, I chose the recommended. It went to startup repair looking for problems and says it will fix it automatically, but in the end, it said it can not fix it automatically. This day, it happened multiple times already.

In the middle of trying to fix this problem, I managed to use my PC for surfing the net and stuff (I thought it's okay already) but suddenly my PC completely freezes (twice) that you need to force shut down it (turning off the AVR/unplugging/etc). Then when I try to reboot it or start it up again, I'll encounter the same problem mentioned above.
