Video Card is super loud

I recently build my very first pc and im happy that i figured it out. My only issue now is, its extremely loud. And im not sure if its something I can fix, or will I have to live with it. I have a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB Video Card.
