I wanted to know recommendations for best compatible motherboard, gpu and pci ssd

I also wanted to use water cooling in this build but never have used it . Any recommendations. I'm overwhelmed with options and last time I used pcpart picker and ended up not being able to optimize my ram due to picking the wrong type

I do want to be able to game as well with this build but I know Intel cpu would be better for that However I'm looking for a fast workstation to edit and encode videos as well as run a bunch of stuff at the same time.

I'm rambling but mainly want recommendations for motherboards and compatible gpus for the amd CPU. I read that some gpu's bottleneck with the and CPU.
