Odd visual glitch when playing Minecraft on my laptop. Help please!

My laptop is a Lenovo 930c.
I have tried Optifine, playing with all the different graphics settings, updating drivers from both Lenovo and Intel. I have good 50-60 fps on 12 chunk settings, the laptop doesn't seem to struggle at all or get really hot. Please help if you have any ideas at all, been pulling my hair out!
