CPU Bottleneck evidence? [GPU]

Post Body

I saw a post saying that running Shadow of the Tomb Raider benchmark was a good way to check out CPU vs. GPU limitations via which bottlenecks FPS the most. Someone said 80% GPU bound or less suggests CPU is a limit. So I went and got the demo to try it out. Ran it at maxed out settings via geforce experience at 1440p144.

I have been curious for a while about CPU performance as an upgrade because of the high cost of a gpu upgrade to something like a 2080Ti. It looks like my 7700k at 5Gs is still slaying it, 95% GPU bound with my 1080Ti.

I would be really curious to see what a ryzen 3700X or so with a 1080 Ti would get at this same benchmark in terms of CPU/GPU bound %.
