Purchasing the Ryzen 3700X

So when it comes to this CPU, I've been waiting ever since I got my 2600 to get my hands on this CPU, so with my current CPU, I want to get a slice of the Zen 2 life, and I have two questions for those who're more certified than me when it comes to this information.
- My current board is the Asus Strix B450-F Motherboard and if I'm not mistaken B450 and upwards are supported by Zen 2, which is fine, but I want to know from someone first hand how this board handles the Zen 2 chipset compared to lets say the X570 and X470.
- Does anyone know where you can purchase these CPU's? I checked Amazon and currently, the Ryzen 7 3700X is unavailable, New Egg or Micro center would be other places I'd check as well.
