Having issues trying to get to a website

Ok so I recently built my pc(Wooo) so I also bought eset nod32 gaming edition. So here is my problem, I fight just to get to the website but it isn't like that if I go to Facebook or Twitter. Also when I'm able to get to the download and it starts downloading it will stay stuck at a percentage and the timer doesnt exist and suddenly say network error. My internet is wired and I restarted it and it still says it. Any help?
Edit: FOR FUCKS SAKES I RESTARTED MY ROUTER QGAIN AND NOW IT WANTS TO WORK URGGG
