Graphics Card/GPU problems.

So I just got my first gaming laptop about 2 months ago, the MSI GS65 Stealth Gaming thin with the GTX 1070 Ti with max q design and im having some issues with the graphics card. Running a benchmark everything else is fine but graphics, running at "surfboard" level. Whats my issue? all background apps are closed, all drivers are updated, and power is being distributed for gaming. Help?
