Okay, please help somebody, my computer suddenly freezes randomly.

My computer will suddenly freeze and lag. Chrome does not work anymore and I cannot install any apps from edge. I’ve tried to do a fresh install of windows already at least 3 times. The computer will be working fine then will freeze for a random amount of time ranging from 5 seconds to a couple minutes. I can move the mouse I just can not interact with anything on my screen whatsoever. I’ve already updated windows, and updated all my drivers. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Specs: I9 9900k, Gtx 1070 sc, 16gb DDR4, ASUS z390 a prime, evga 850W PSU, 2x SSD windows In on ssd, 2tb HDD.
