New to PC gaming/need help.

Hi, I don't know f this is the correct place to post this but I am looking for a relatively cheap Gaming pc as I want to start expanding my "Skillset" I suppose it would be called. I admittedly have very little experience with pc gaming I want to start Streaming if possible. and maybe beginning a decent side youtube channel/job.
