Help with frames

Hey guys! I just bought a new Rog Strix Scar laptop with the i7-8750H and gtx 1070. Going over videos before hand. The average frames they were getting in overwatch were around 140ish in Ultra
I have my settings set to high and only getting 90
No frame cap 144hz at 1920×1080p
I've noticed my gpu performance limiter goes to power while in game as well.
Any help over why my frames aren't as high is great thanks guys!
