Sparks from the motherboard when I turned on PC and home's power fuse tripped

My PC is 2 months old, my aio's pump died a month ago and was sent for rma, replacement came in today. I installed it in, tried turning on the pc and suddenly saw purple flash on the right side of motherboard and whole house's power went off. I haven't tried turning on PC again.
