MSI aero Rx560 4gb is worth for 160$/130€?

Hi, I have a Ryzen 1600x and unfortunately a GTX 550ti 1gb (cause my R9 died), now I really need a GPU but I'm run out of money and this stupid miners makes me sick.
So, I found the opportunity to buy for 160$ (130€) a second hand MSI Rx560 4gb AERO.
- Does it worth the price?
- Does the Itx gpu have some negative point? I really care about temps so, are the itx gpu more hot than a normal size one?
I have to be sincere, I don't want to spend all that money, but I'm really sick of this old 550ti.
I just play 1080p, all kind of games, medium/high settings.
