Lately I've been getting a weird issue with my desktop, it fails to POST if I don't touch the GPU with my bare hand. At first I thought my GPU was dying so I tested it on a different PC but it had no issues. Looking online some said it might be a grounding issue, how can I check if it is and how can I potentially fix it?
Bit more info, it doesn't do it without the GPU on (the times I've tested it at least), there were no recent hardware changes, updated BIOS, tested each RAM stick individually, tried plugging it directly on a wall socket and even at a different building, after it's on it has no other issues, it doesn't do it 100% of the time.
