[HELP] Upgraded my PC with a new mobo, CPU, and RAM. After reinstalling Windows and all my drivers, my PC is freezing, requiring a restart every few minutes. It didn't do this for the first few days, but it is suddenly doing it now.

Post Body

I have tried EVERYTHING. At first I installed the new CPU without refreshing my copy of Windows 8.1 or my drivers, and after doing that my PC ran fine. I was able to play games for a few days and it was running great.

However, I boot up my PC this morning to get some work done, and after a few minutes the PC began to crash over and over again. In the last 4 hours it has probably crashed 50 or 60 times.

Sometimes I'd get a blue screen with the CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT error, other times the PC would just freeze and I would have to restart it.

I booted into safe mode and that fixed the issue I BELIEVE, but eventually even that crashed when I tried to load my drivers back in.

So I got OUT of safe mode, reinstalled all of my drivers, and it still crashes every minute or two.

I am at a loss. I have no idea what could potentially be causing this crash. Any idea?

Edit: I crashed again with the WATCHDOG error. This time the message that should have displayed was cut off half way and pixilated.
