Was upgrading my rig today and noticed I was missing some PCI brackets for my Phantom, so went on the NZXT live chat, After getting my info NZXT-Paul informed me he would ship the 4 missing brackets to me totally free of charge !
In this day of terrible customer service I think it's important to .and it known when someone goes above and beyond for us.
So I thank you and my new 1080ti thanks you Paul !
