Sensitivity problem fps games

I can't find my right dpi/sensitivity !! i've tried EVERYTHING and i'm changing 2 times a day. I tried all from 400 DPI to 3000 DPI and changing by .10 In game.

Sometimes I feel comfortable with a setting, and I keep it for a whole day and get correct accuracy. but then there is a moment in game where i feel like if i was able to turn a bit more or less I wouldn't have missed there and I start to change around again and lose the muscle memory with previous setting..

How can I stay super stable with my sensitivity ? Recently i seemed to enjoy 800 dpi 2 in game, and 800dpi 1.6 in game. I also tried super low DPI but I feel like there is some delay when I move my mouse.

My mouse is a Logitech G509
