Is PLEX compatible with QNAP TS-431?

Trying to build a little home server thing and ordered this NAS. After I received it I started looking for hard drives to fill it and while I was looking I came across some back and forth info regarding wether or not you can install PLEX onto this NAS. The description when I bought it said it does bit some say you can't SO, does anyone have this NAS enclosure and does it work with PLEX?
