Background: Tinkered with replacing parts but never built a custom from start to finish. I stopped gaming for the past 7 years because of school, but now that I have a little bit more time, decided to build a custom pc. I hope this post helps other future first timers.

My goal was to build a middle tier type pc that had room for upgrading in the future.
CPU OC'ed: from 3.5 ghz to 4.2 ghz. temps I get are 25C to 43C max C
GPU OC'ed: 2050 mmhz core with gpu boost and 8500 mhz memory
MAX fps on all AAA titles on ultra 1080p.
Note: I've recently started to browse reddit so forgive me If I'm breaking any rules (I did read the rules). Although, reddit gives me so much nostalgia from the early 2000 internet days :).
