Can't find a solid answer on this! Is driving me nuts! Am close to beating it but need some assistance on the last hurdle. I think my best chance is to use a bootable uefi compatible usb (created through rufus) with windows 10 installation media on it and then try and load the recovery options. HOWEVER my laptop won't even load the recovery menu/startup repair and or even the usb for that mattern(shows windows logo and then get black screen). I want to repair the boot configuration data as I believe the cause of the problem is a corrupted or missing registry file.

Can anyone help me get this to work?! Do I have to change some settings on aptio setup utility first? Does Usb have to be mbr or gpt? (just to emphasise i cannot get to desktop screen and so am currently using another device to post this). I WILL REPLY STRAIGHT AWAY AND AM COMPETENT ENOUGH TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE SOME HELP I BEG YOU. Never heard back from tech support so is reason am turning here.
