hey guys i was building a PC for my friend but i ran into an issue with the H100i and i believe that either the standoff screws or the thumbscrews are at fault

I installed a H100i before on another build(dunno if it was V2) and i didn't run into this issue

the standoffs have a coarse thread side and a fine thread side but only the fine thread side works on the backplate and the thumbscrews

anyone else with a H100i V2 can tell me if i am doing something wrong or if i simply have defective screws?

i know that glorious george is often around here but being a reddit newb i have no idea how to tag someone

Edit: i need to get some sleep but it seems like the problem is simply a missing set of standoff, would it be possible to get a new one witouth having to return the entire AIO cooler?
