"Press F1 to run SETUP" When booting problem

When turning on my PC the last 3 days it's been showing me this error screen http://imgur.com/a/VhlXf , so I press F1 to continue, enter my BIOS and continue using Windows normally, I've tried to reset the BIOS settings to the defaults and even disabled "Wait for F1 if error" in the BIOS and after I reset my PC it seems to be fixed but when I boot it up the next day it seems to reset all the settings. It's not a very big problem but if anyone has any information to why this is happening and how to potentially fix it, it would be very appreciated.
