R9 390X instead of RX480/GTX1060?

I need the PC master race hive mind's opinion...

I just found a used Asus Strix 390X for $220. Do you guys think it's worth getting rather than the impossible-to-find 480 and 1060?

Edit 1: Just in case it matters for heat management, I have an overclocked 4690K with EVO 212, in a Corsair 200R case. PSU is 700W.
