Cheap GPU to sell old PC?

hey guys i got 2 old PC laying around just missing GPU and was wondering if you could refer me a cheap GPU that is decent enough that i could buy to put them on sale

first PC is getting pretty old and has a Phenom 2 in it (can't remember the exact model) so i was wondering if a 750 TI or something similar would make the CPU bottleneck

the other PC is my old rig i just changed with an I7-4770K so no issues on that one and might just end up plugging my 970 in it when i can afford a 1070

going to bed but will check your recommendations once i wake up!
