Need some help with building new PC

My first real computer was a prebuilt from amazon so I'm stepping it up this time. I actively upload to youtube and tried streaming on twitch but I couldn't with decent settings. Would love to stream though.
Willing to spend up to about a 1000 and I have monitors, keyboard, mouse, etc. Any help is greatly appreciated!
